Very sexy smart skirt without being revealing. Scalloped hem and elastic waist, zip up closure on the back. It is knee length but the lining ends 1.5 hands above the knee to give you that seductive lacy sheerness. Very high quality item. Got tons of compliments, worn 3 times. Waist: 13.5" Hips: 17" Length: 22.5" Size 4 but I would say fits 0-2 the best
