Super soft leather. This bag is very soft and slouchy. There are some scuffs and signs of wear please see photos. It also comes with a removable pouch which is about 6”x4” Measurements are approximately 12.5” base, 12” height, Top opening is about 19” when laying flat, strap drop is about 9”
