This is a Rebecca Taylor silk 3/4 sleeve blouse/tunic . Navy blue with pink and purple floral pattern. Size 0 but does run big. Measurements: Chest: pit to pit 21.5” Length: 27” It’s is missing an accent button on the right sleeve hem. Please see photo. In Excellent condition otherwise. Condition is pre-loved and excellent.
