Rebecca Taylor A Line dress - so flattering!

Navy dress made of neoprene like material, that gives the illusion of a cropped top with A-line skirt. The dress is lined in a black semi- sheer material, so it is not really cropped, but this gives a nice cinch in the waist (which is SO flattering). Only worn twice, like new.
