ccb1122 @michelle_belles Gosh sorry - kids went back to school and it took me a while to get this back out and unwrap it and measure. Ok - bust at the armpits is 17" across. There are darts in the front as seen in the pics. Hips are just shy of 18" across. The dress has a nice amount of give though to fit well. This is what is listed on the tag for fabric - Shell Fabric: 58% cotton 35% polyester 5% polyamide 2% elastane Combo: 100% silk Lining: 100% polyester (it is fully lined)
