NWT Rebecca Taylor Bouquet long sleeve Silk dress Black Floral XS. Beautiful long sleeve, knee length dress in 80% silk/20% cotton blend. Delicate pink and purple flower print. Has small shoulder pads. Smocking across the shoulders and at the waist gives a perfect, flattering fit. The skirt is fully lined, but the bodice is unlined and sheer. The high neck has a little ruffle for a mock neck look. Long sleeves have elastic at the cuffs for a little ruffle effect.
