Item details in the pictures This fun, flirty dress is a size 14 and runs TTS Beautiful ruffles and smocking detailing around the waistline and neckline Flutter sleeves and hits a little above the knee Dress is partially lined; bodice is sheer (pictured) There is a loose thread on the smocking of the back neckline. It is shown from back and front views. Thread is loose but attached and doesn’t affect integrity. Wearable as is, but would be a simple fix. Worn once, otherwise flawless
