lesliverellen @literaryhustler hello! The waist laid flat is 17”, across the bust is 18”. It’s also stretchy like a jersey fabric. And the RT said it fits true to size. I didn’t realize it was a wool Jersey when I bought it and I prefer more structure. So it’s just been in my closet for a year or so with the tags 😀
