Absolutely beautiful Rebecca Taylor dress. Size 2. Worn twice. Navy with floral print. Beautiful details — ruffle neck, with hidden hooks in the front to adjust how open you want it to be; tie waist, can adjust length to be short or hit mid- to knee-length; romantic long sleeves with fabric buttons at ends.
