100% silk ruffle maxi dress by Rebecca Taylor from her 2015 collection. The colors are blue and red but they combine to make this dress seem more like a lilac color. Worn once and is in perfect condition. No rips, tears, stains, etc. Size 0. IMO, the dress ran a bit large so it fits more like a size 2.
