Rebecca Taylor cactus flower print white, black, + blue shoulder tie mini dress

This is an absolutely gorgeous cactus flower print mini dress from Rebecca Taylor. It is a crisp white dress with black and blue print all over. The shoulders are adjustable with double ties on both sides. The dress is an XS and has pockets! In excellent condition, the only know flaw is that on one of the shoulder ties the two straps are not tacked together—does not really affect the dress or look at all, but you could tack it together again if desired.
