Beautiful blue silk dress with lots of life left! Elastic waistband and removable waist tie and pockets! One small spot on the neckline that is barely noticeable and may another dry cleaner may be able to get out. 5th photos shows 2 holes on tie from a dry cleaner pinning to the hanger.
