pretty floral dress, purchased from nordstrom and spent too much money on it. new with tags never worn. the straps are adjustable as they are meant to be tied down whatever position fits your child- please note there is light stitching to hold the ties in place (came that way new), but that stiching can be undone to loosen the strap so it fully independent of the other. similar to how pockets are stitched shut sometimes and you have to cut the stitches out to use the pocket. bundle for additional discounts
