Rebecca Taylor rayon crepe skirt with “shirt tail” or high/low hem & piping Elastic waist band w covered functioning drawstring Great length for work but very comfortable - not restrictive! Very good used condition. Wrinkly bc it has been stored but that is easily fixed! No visible flaws. Size 2 Measurements (all taken across with skirt LYING FLAT): waist 14” (elastic), hips 20”, front length 18”, back length 20.5” I have such a hard time photographing black items so lmk if you need more pics!
