EUC. Beautiful silk dress. Spaghetti straps with ruffle at front. Elastic at waist and self belt. Waist unstretched is 13 1/2”, but stretches to at least 19”. Length from back neckline is 32” * I’m 5’4” and I shortened straps so top front wasn’t so low on me. Stitches could easily be taken out. Please see pics. One of the string belt loops has come undone.
