Rebecca Taylor strapless maxi dress with pockets. Sz 4

The pictures do not do this dress justice!! Fully lined cotton dress with pockets! The top of the dress is smocked and the print is small bunches of blue and purple flowers. I bought this dress at neimans a few years ago and it’s just a tad too small for me. I never wore it.
