Rebecca Taylor velvet dress with black lace back 4

Very chic Rebecca Taylor dress from 4 years ago, featuring a navy velvety body with black lace back. I LOVED this dress but didn’t want to bother with strapless backless bras so I ended up wearing it for probably only 10 times. Got it for around $400 and I’d love to see it in the hands of another lady who can rock the look before I consider donating it.
