missangela345 @ser88 hi there! It is roughly 14” from the top of the part down. I have added extra photos for you to see the wig/cap construction. As far as heat, this wig has been sold out for a long time I and I don’t have that info anymore. I believe she said up to 250 degrees but with this throw and go luxury wig, it’s wave/curl is there to stay so I am unsure if it would need/withstand heat. I love this wig but I needed closer to 18”, she is absolutely stunning.
