Reborn Empire Waist Dress - Colorful

This is a really cute dress. I've never worn it. Approximate measurements: Armpit to armpit is 20 inches, the overall length from top of shoulder to bottom of hem is 38 inches. Cute bell sleeves. Soft silky fabric with stretch. I think this would best fit a size 12/14.
