This dress is from Reborn J, size small. It is from NeeSee’s Dresses and listed as poppy red floral Swiss dot. The skirt is lined but the top isn’t. The tie at the waste is separating from the skirt, see picture. The dress has never been worn and the tags are attached. The length is 48”
