Recycled Material Scarf

Short Turquoise Circle Scarf. Purchased from an artist who made it out of recycled plastic bottles collected from the beach! Material is soft, lightweight, and silky. Good condition. Some fraying at the knot that goes behind your neck (pictured), could be trimmed off easily.
