Purchased in the late 90s at the Red Balls On Fire iconic boutique on Melrose Ave in Los Angeles, CA. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS! The black vinyl has no tears or holes. These pants are really well made. The vinyl surface varies between shiny and cloudy, and has surface cracks around the butt/rear crotch area. Scuffs apparent on the back under the left back pocket. Made in the USA. The fabric is not shown anywhere on the garment, but they are vinyl. There is NO STRETCH. Please see all of my notes on measuring. I would say that these pants run small.
