jujuandd For size large: Shoulder to shoulder is 14 3/4 across , from the top to the top waist band is 16 inches, the waist is 16 inches across and from bottom of waist band to the bottom hem of the dress is 31 inches. for size medium shoulder to shoulder is 14 1/2, from the top to the top of the waist band in 13 1/2 , the waist band is 14 1/2 inches and from the bottom waist band to the bottom hen is 31 inches. There is a stretch to the dress, but not a big stretch.
