Red + Black Parker Off the Shoulder Dress

Never been worn! Gorgeous body-con dress by Parker. Cold shoulder sleeves and sexy open back design. Originally $242.00 but purchased from Nordstrom Rack for $79.97 + tax in Chicago in 2017! The dress has plenty of stretch and it’s a very heavy material which makes it feel as expensive as it once was! This dress is a steal! Only charging more since I paid taxes on it and haven’t worn it.
