Red & Black Retro 90s Classy Dress

Classy and flattering, not to mention comfortable. Red and black houndstooth pattern. A black button at the neck and cuffs, with hidden clear buttons on the bodice. The elastic on the waistband is somewhat loose but still works. This originally had a black belt, which I don't have any more, but it would look stunning with any kind of black belt or scarf tied around your waist. In the pictures, I just tied a black ribbon around the waist. I cut off the tags a long time ago so I don't know the brand and size for sure, but we got it at JCPenny or Dillards in the 90s, so it was a quality brand. Almost no wear, except for the loosened elastic.
