Beautiful red crystal beads that sparkle in the sunlight. Enamel filled red cross measures 1.5" x7/8", stamped ITALY on the backside. Miraculous Virgin Mary center connector piece is stamped STERLING, but not I am not sure that it's not an alloy. The decade beads are silver toned metal 2-faced roses. Total length is 19.5" from cross to center of beads. Red symbolizes fire and is the color of the Holy Spirit in the Catholic faith. This is a meaningful Confirmation or 1st Communion gift. Handcrafted by me. Delivered in the gift box shown.
