Red Double-breasted Military-style Jacket

I bought this cute jacket without buttoning it up and it's a little tight on me - esp with winter clothes underneath. Size is medium but I think it's closer to a small. My bust is 35.5 - it would fit someone with a 34.5 or less much better. Two heavy-duty snaps keep the collar up and it's got 2 pockets big enough to fit hands. 100% cotton - has a velour/velvet texture. Please feel free to ask any questions!
