Only worn a few times! Top is a metal ring that hangs down and connects to tie around the neck so it's adjustable, and has 3/4 sleeve, very Flattering fit! It fits exactly the way it's shown in first picture. Great for Fourth of July and can be dressed up with a pencil skirt or casual with jeans.
