Think of EMILY IN PARIS. This off the shoulder frill intricate lace detailed dress will have others turning heads. It has sewn in bra pads and a nonslip rubber grip to hold against your skin. It has a gorgeous little pop of tulle to give it a slight ballgown affect. It has a tie in the waist to add a bow in the front or the back. I never wore this dress. It is from Forever 21 in LA I bought 7 years ago. I hate to part ways with it so the price reflects the space it carries in my fashion heart.

@fgdt432 yah I have never worn it . It’s just been in my closet. The two string that hold the belt up are hangin in the sides. Other than that is perfection:)
