Red Dress with Cutout Detail

This dress is very easy to wear and flatters your shape with ruching around the waist and a thicker material. Great for work. The dress is tagged a size 4 but it’s forgiving and has some stretch. I would suggest using the measurements to gauge the fit. In good pre-worn condition. Measured laying flat: Chest: 17.5” Waist: 15” Hip: 20.5”
