Red Felt Talbot's Hat

Red Wool hat with wide black velvet band that is sporting rosettes which include beaded accents. The rosettes are to be worn in front but the hat can be spun to wear any way you would like. The red speaks of power and will make a bold statement without you ever having to say a word. Wear the brim down for another type of look. Very clean and gently used. Maybe worn 5 times. A part of a large collection, cared for and loved. Made in the USA.
