Red Fit and Flare Dress with Sleeve Detail

Red fit & flare dress with embroidered cap sleeves from I.N. San Francisco. Hits just above the knee, and zips up the back. There's a loose thread near the top of the zipper but otherwise no other issues. Very cute! Only worn once.
