Red Floral Deep V Neck/Back Dress

Colorful Print, elasticized empir(ish) waist, raglan sleeve and somewhat hanky hem dress. I ordered online and cannot find mfr tag, I did modify front and back of the neckline because it was made from the waist, the same thing with the sleeves (you could see breast from the sleeves) which was too revealing but hand stitching can easily be removed. Double corded side ties (w/ tassles) secure the waist. 51" at longest Never Worn, just too small for me. NWOT
