Red Floral Fit and Flare Dress

This dress was originally purchased from Old Navy and was only work a couple of times. It is red with small white and navy blue floral details. The top is a scoop neck with tee straps. The bottom is a fit and flare style and it hits right about knee length. It is a size small, and the material does have a fare amount of stretch.
