Red Floral Shift Dress

Gorgeous red floral shift dress. Bottom is lined. All tags cut out. It appears like it was a nicer brand due to the thick/soft material and the the material of the remainder of the tags. I am a size small and it fits me but is a little big, so I would guess it's a size medium Measurements: Shoulder-to-shoulder: 10.5"/Chest: 18"/Neck Drop: 4.5"/Length: 36"
