Super cute and comfy. Worn once to a concert and dry cleaned. Like new condition. Back opens up, so I wore a red camisole tank under. Bottom is completely lined. Elastic waste is comfortable. Ruffle detail at hem and 3/4 bell sleeves roll up and button.
