Red Grecian Style Dress

NWOT. Y back dress with smocking at the shoulders and gathering at the high waistline. The fabric feels like a soft t shirt. It measures 13" across the front at the gathering but has quite a bit of room for give, and is about 33 1/2" down the center front from just under the bustline. A very comfy dress.
