Red Halter Top Cocktail Dress

Red halter style dress. So pretty! I could not find any tags so not sure if it was hand made. If it was, it was really well done! Ties around the neck, halter style. Zips on the back. Has kind of a handkerchief bottom and is lined. Please see measurements and ask any questions. Estimating an XS based on the chest measurement. A few tiny spots that are hardly noticeable but overall in very good used condition. Could be used for a night out, special event, or even prom! Approximate Measurements: Chest-13" across Length-49" (tip of the "handkerchief" part)
