Marc by Marc Jacobs Heart Watch Pendant/ Necklace. I guess this is vintage now (?) barely used almost perfect condition. The battery needs to be replaced & it does not come with the original pouch- but i will send it in a non-branded cloth pouch. 13.5” silver chain. 15” total. Pendant is 1 1/8” and 1.5” with ring.
