Red Herring Dress Summer Church Party V-Neck British Sundress UK Size 8 = US 4

This is a Red Herring dress that I purchased in London at the Debenhams store. It is a summer dress, with sleeves that fan out. The size is labeled as a UK size 8 which converts to a US size 4. It is a short Mini dress. The dress was manufactured in India. The fabric is 100% Polyester. Zipper in the back with a hook and eye closure. MEASUREMENTS when laid flat: Across the back from arm pit to arm pit approx 16" (Bra size should be 32 or 33) Waist approx. 13" flat or 26" around Hips approx 20" or 40" around. Length of dress from shoulder seam to hem is approx 36" This could be worn to a summer formal occasion, to a garden party, to a wedding, or any fancy occasion. Very Good quality in gently worn condition.
