luckyducky17 @jbonds007 measures 17" unstretched - fabric does have a stretch in it to stay snug so will and can go bigger. The mannequin I use is a size medium (8-10) if that helps give you an idea- dress is brand new with tags- gorgeous! 😎

luckyducky17 @jbonds007 Sorry - for the confusion- I was answering on both of the dresses 😜- both have a padded top lining for the chest area - it is not removable but I don't think it will make you bigger just give you enough coverage so your not saying hello to everyone 😳 - hope that helps answer what you were asking- thanks!
