marty3120 @ritaopfer I thought about this again later and 16.4” seemed a bit small for me so I remeasured; perhaps in my haste to measure the first time there was a fold in back of dress but it is about 17” across armpits instead of 16.4”. I realize this isn’t a lot of difference but wanted to let you know.

marty3120 @ritaopfer yes, the lace and the lining have stretch; the “give” is one thing that makes the dress so comfortable to wear. I can stretch it to 19” but it springs back to the original measurement.
