Red Leather Heart Ribbon Heeled Ankle Boots

Reposh! Pull-on boots from Anthropologie with bow and quilting detail with heart appliqué pull tabs on the top. I'm a size 8, and I think these are too tight for me. Size 7.5 would fit these better even though these are labeled as size 38. Runs a bit small! Shaft: 5.5" Heel: 2" Outsole Width: 3.5" Outsole Length: 9" 100% Suede Upper, 100% Leather Sole Worn once by previous owner, with some wear on the soles but otherwise the boots are in excellent condition.
