Solid bright red high waist A-line skirt with pleats and pockets in great condition. So cute & comfortable & easy to wear dressed up or down, but as Marie Kondo states, it simply does not spark joy for me. I’m hoping to find it a new home with someone for whom it will! Waist is 14" across and stretchy. Skirt falls just over 2'. Thick, heavy material that will not show panty lines or be see-through. No damage or signs of wear. Fun to twirl in!

@mrsminivan I just saw your question! Sorry to take forever getting back to you! The tag says 96% Polyester and 4% Spandex - Machine wash cold gentle cycle, do not bleach, hang dry

Hi! I don't know if you saw that I updated the post, adding more photos to include an answer to your question about measurement. This skirt measures 14 inches across at the waist, but is stretchy. I like the look of it when wearing it high-waisted with my shirt tucked in.
