Red Maxi T-shirt Dress with Nautical Cat Appliques

From my favorite boutique on The Big Island I have this bright red t-shirt dress with adorable cat appliques. From armpit to armpit it measures 21 1/2", from shoulder to hem it's approx. 52", and there's a 15" slit on one side. Light shoulder pads are easily removed if you don't care for them.
