Red Off The Shoulder Ruched Dress $40

I bought it for $200 and it’s amazing. It’s very comfortable and I’m willing to negotiate on price, it’s been work maybe 4 times or so. It’s an XS but i’m a small/medium and it still fits and stretches nicely. It is off the shoulder but it has a sticky lining at the shoulders, and it can be sat higher up on the shoulder as well. The right side is ruched and it gives a nice waist illusion
