Red Orange button up velour skirt vest

this does not come woth the white thing underneath. I love wearing it with a long sleeve button down or a bralette underneath. It is super soft, burnt orange/red color with fullt functional buttons. So you get a really nice body shape with the v neck top portion. The back has a 'X' /cross over to attach to the bottom. Love this piece, just clearing out my closet! I'll post more pictures of it shortly. I'm 5ft 4in and 115 pounds. It fits a bit loose on me now, but I'll add measurements for exact size soon :)
