This is a lovely piece but the only tag says Pure New Wool - no brand I believe this is a woman's kilt style skirt - most of the pleats in the back and some on one side. Wrap around with Kilt pin and two side buckels Size: 18 (not sure if this is UK or US so check measurements) waist: 16 length: 27
