Beautiful red dress It has a bunch of little mini pleats throughout the entire thing, making it somewhat of a stretch for the outer layer. Pockets are a good size, and then there are pleats under the waist line. I’m 5’10”, and it hits right above my knees. It could be a great holiday dress with black tights in the winter or a fall dress with pumps. It says Tall 16, but it fits as a normal 16 (unless you’re short, I’m sure, but idk about that life).
