Red Polka Dot Midi Skirt

Midi Skirt with tie. The tie is only for decoration but the waistband does have some stretch also has a side zipper. Has one side ruffle that cuts a crossed the skirt. When the ruffle moves though it has fabric underneath so it isn't open. Skirt hits me a little under the knee in the middle of the shin and I'm 5'6. Has a small white stain on the front about the size of a dime or smaller.
